Luke A. Dillon

Luke became President and Chief Executive Officer of LIAM in December of 2010. He has over 30 years of experience in insurance law and government relations.

Prior to joining LIAM, Luke was a partner in the law firm of Dillon & Scarino, Boston, MA.

Luke’s practice focused on all areas of insurance law with an emphasis on regulatory and government relations. He has extensive experience before state legislative, regulatory and administrative bodies including the Massachusetts Division of Insurance.

Luke is the former Legal Counsel to the Massachusetts Joint Legislative Committee on Insurance and is also the former General Counsel and longtime Legislative Counsel for LIAM. He is a graduate of Union College with a B.A. in English and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to the bars of the State of Massachusetts and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.

 

 

Jenny A. Erickson

Jenny has nearly 40 years of experience in insurance law, government relations and public affairs.

Before joining LIAM in 2001, Jenny spent 14 years at John Hancock Financial Services. At John Hancock, she served as legislative counsel, representing company interests before state legislatures and regulators across the country. She also worked for a number of years in John Hancock’s federal affairs office, where she lobbied Congress and federal agencies on Hancock’s behalf.

She has represented the industry on many state government advisory committees, including task forces on health insurance, dental insurance, long term care insurance and taxation.

Jenny began her career at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a senior public affairs attorney.

Jenny has a B.S. with honors in public affairs from Indiana University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She also has an advanced management certificate from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a graduate of The Public Affairs Institute.

 

Daniel Martin

Office Manager/Legal Intern

Daniel joined LIAM in 2020 as Office Manager and Legal Intern.

Daniel Martin is a third year law student at New England Law | Boston. He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Economics in 2018.
